Juda Collection Return and Refund Policy

Cash refunds are not offered. Instead, a coupon of the same value will be issued, which can be used to shop from our store now or in the future.

Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receiving the order.

The item can only be exchanged if it's not the same as in the picture or if there's any damage or fault.

The customer must send the return parcel through courier service to our address.

The customer must pay both sides' delivery charges.

Exchanges are only allowed if the article is not used, all tags are intact, and the packing is in its original condition.

A video of the parcel opening is required to claim any damage or missing items.
